What happens to business tools on a lower plan?

They are not hidden. Anyone who opens one sees what it does and an upgrade prompt. Nothing you created is deleted if you move to a lower plan.

What is the difference between a full seat and a staff seat?

A full seat is a complete login with a mailbox and every tool your role allows. A staff seat (R6 a month) is for shift workers: clock in and out, rosters, assigned jobs and tasks, the shop-floor and driver screens, and a kiosk PIN. Staff seats do not use up the plan's full seats.

On the web and from the Android app, subscriptions are paid through PayFast. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple. You can cancel in Settings at any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Staff seats for shift workers

Cashiers, cleaners, drivers, machine operators and technicians do not need a mailbox. A staff seat is priced at 20% of a full seat's share of the plan, and staff seats never use up the plan's full seats.

A staff seat covers clocking in and out, rosters and shift swaps, the jobs and tasks assigned to that person, the production shop floor and the fleet driver tools, and a PIN for the shared kiosk.
