- Terms, annual escalations, deposits (interest shown as an estimate), renewals and mandates.
- Inspections
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections with photos, compared side by side, signed on the device or by e-signature, and done offline on the phone.
- Arrears and statements
- A rent and levy ledger with ageing, reminders only to the party who owes, and owner statements with commission and expenses.
- Body corporates
- Participation quotas, levy splits, trustee approvals with quorum, meeting minutes and a dispute bundle PDF for CSOS.
Workpool records deposits but never holds money. Tenant screening, PayProp and listing portal feeds are not built in.
