What it puts on your site

Everything you show stays in step with Workpool, and everything visitors send lands in Workpool. Every widget is a block and a shortcode.

Online booking
Visitors pick a service and an open time and book it. When you ask for a deposit, they go straight to pay it.
Products
Products from your Workpool shop or price list as a grid or a single product. Buy now hands the cart to the secure Workpool checkout.
Forms
Contact, enquiry and job-request forms that create contacts, deals and draft jobs in Workpool.
Newsletter signup
Workpool sends a confirmation email first (double opt-in). Marketing consent boxes are unticked by default.
Client portal and pay links
A portal button, and a form to pay an invoice or quote by its number and your email.
WhatsApp button
Click-to-chat with your Workpool WhatsApp number, inline or floating.
WooCommerce sync
When WooCommerce is active, products, stock, orders and customers stay in step with Workpool.

Questions

Do I need a Workpool account?
Yes. The plugin shows and collects data for your Workpool workspace, and it is part of the Professional, Business and Enterprise plans.
Are there API keys to copy?
No. You connect from Workpool and confirm in WordPress. The plugin receives a key that can only do what you allowed, stores it encrypted and never shows it to visitors.
Does the plugin track my visitors?
No. It does not set cookies, track visitors or load anything from third parties. It sends what visitors type into Workpool forms, and their IP address for abuse limits, to your workspace.
What happens if Workpool cannot be reached?
Widgets show the last data the site cached, and forms ask visitors to try again shortly.
How do I disconnect?
Choose Disconnect in WordPress or in Workpool's Settings > WordPress; either side revokes the key. Uninstalling the plugin removes its settings and the WooCommerce key and webhooks it created.
