- Which plan do I need?
- The tools set up for this kind of business, such as products & services, quotes & invoices, payments, WhatsApp & SMS, client portal, work orders, need the Professional plan (R299 a month) or higher. Mail, projects, chat, calendar and AI work on every plan, and every workspace starts with a 7-day trial of everything.
- Can I change which tools are switched on?
- Yes. These are the starting set for this kind of business. An owner or admin can switch any tool on or off in Settings, and the labels can be renamed too.
- Do shift workers need a full login?
- No. A staff seat costs R6 a month on paid plans and covers work orders, compliance and a kiosk PIN, without a mailbox.
