What it does
- Pre-trip checks
- A South African checklist on the driver's phone, offline. A critical defect marks the vehicle unsafe until a manager clears it.
- Service and fuel
- Services due by odometer, fuel slips with cost per km, and unusual fills flagged.
- Fines
- An AARTO fine log with the driver at the time worked out from trip sheets, and a nomination form prepared for you to submit.
- Rate cards and trip sheets
- Freight pricing per km, kg or zone with a fuel surcharge, and a logbook export of trips.
Telematics trackers (Cartrack, MiX, Webfleet) are not connected; Workpool never submits anything to the RTIA.
